Matt McCooey is an English actor born in Nagoya, Japan in 1981. His father is a famous freelance journalist and photographer, Chris McCooey. Matt went to Aberystwyth University in Wales. He trained for acting at The Drama Studio in London from where he graduated in 2004.
He is known for roles in films like ‘Limbo’ which released in 2012. He was also in the movie ‘Banana skins’ which released in 2014.
In 2015, he was cast in Sky1 network’s show 'Agatha Raisin' in which he plays the role of Detective Bill Wong alongside Jeff Barnett. The show started shooting on 6th of July’2015.
