Rodger Parsons

Rodger Parsons is an English actor. He was born on October 19, 1943, in Stonington, Connecticut, USA. He is also known as Ken Gates, as a nickname. This nickname is given him after working for a very long time as Ken gates, in famous Pokemon series for twenty-six years, since 1997.
