Alan David Lee is an Australian actor, was born on 24th February 1955 in Kenya, Australia. He raised on a farm in Kenya, but when he was seven-years-old, his family moved to Australia. He graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1981. He was started his career in 1982 with the TV series Prisoner: Cell Block H. Prisoner: Cell Block H was a crime drama series from 1979 to 1986, which aired on Network Ten and produced by Grundy Organization. The series completed eight seasons and is a hundred ninety-two episodes successfully.

The TV series also broadcasted in Canada, Netherland, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Poland, directed by Tony Osicka, Kendal Flanagan, Leigh Spence, Sean Nash.
