Ziaul Hasan Kislu is a veteran actor based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He predominantly works in the Bengali language films and TV serials. When he was just sixteen years old, he took part in the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971 at Gouranadi of Barishal. He completed his studies in 1982 from the Chittagong University, Bangladesh. Then, he moved to Dhaka and started working in a publication company called Nipun and worked there for a year. In 1983, he worked for Asiatic. Later, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1984 and became a teacher at the Darshana Government College.
Zia retired from the teaching profession at the Tolaram Government College in Narayanganj and decided to become a full-fledged actor. He also started giving coaching classes to teach acting to the theatre artists. He made his acting debut in a film called Somudro Bilash Private Limited. It was directed by
