Sankaranarayanan is an honest and disciplined judge. He was admired by the people for his great qualities. Sankaranarayanan’s elder daughter is Veda. She is a religious young woman who has a deep faith in wedlock and marriage. She is, in fact, bold, intelligent, and mature, too. Veda’s marriage is fixed with her childhood friend, Darshan. Darshan is a lawyer by profession. In a turn of events, Vikram, a rowdy, enters Veda’s life. He works under a politician and has been disturbing her. When Veda didn’t expect it, he tied the knot around her neck with the holy thread taken from the temple. Shattered Veda doesn’t know what to do. She can’t cut the thread, as she has a huge faith and respect for it.
She decided to follow what fate brings but with a mature vision. What will be Darshan’s stand on this? Will Sankaranarayanan stand by his daughter? Will Vikram turn good? The rest of the series has a lot of emotional elements, including faith, redemption, and morality.
