Piya Albela is a modern love story of Meghana and Vishwamithra which is produced by Rajshri Productions and is broadcasted on ZEE TV, Sony SAB, Sony, Sahara One, and Sahara. . The plot line and the story is real good and expectations are pretty high on the story. It is yet to be seen if this can fill in the shoes of its predecessor on ZEE TV.
The show revolves around Naren and Pooja, both the roles have completely contrasting characteristics; Naren is on the path to spirituality and is currently studying psychology, the person is lost in his own world instead of listening attentively in college, the character barely reads news, the appearance of the character is very untidy and the person is very erratic and doesn’t like to mingle. He always seems to be drowned in his own world of meditation and his behaviour had made it tough for his parents to understand him, which makes them worry about him.
Pooja on the other hand is what Naren isn’t; she is very warm, confident and kind-hearted. Being an extrovert, she has peculiar talents; she knows karate and is a champion. She has her own way of getting boys back on track, she make people dance together with her during the college cultural event. All the doubts and misunderstandings of Naren start clearing up as Pooja comes into the picture, she seems like an answer or a guide for Naren’s parents to understand him in a better way and they finally understand that Pooja is made for Naren.
