under T Mediaworks. Dr. Deepika Sinha joined FMS Hospital as Chief Resident because of her passion for medicine. She is with a team of her junior residents, Abhay, Sia, Piroz, and Wasim. At the same time, Abhay hated her father for leaving her mother because of another woman who wanted to be a surgeon. Sia is a rich girl full of life and wants to be a plastic surgeon. Perez is a medical top, desperate to get a girlfriend. Wasim is a poor slum boy. He always judges people too quickly. All he wants is to open a clinic in his slum. While working together, Deepika builds friendships with all the juniors, especially Abhay begins to fall in love with her.
She succeeds in getting the hospital to set up an emergency department. She is shocked when her ex-fiance, Dr. Vikrant Saxena, becomes the emergency department’s chief. Deepika continues to work under him. Abhay expresses his love. But she rejects him and later helps him to overcome it, and they become friends again. She breaks up with Vikrant and moves on with her life. Aditi dies in the accident. Vikrant blames Deepika for the accident. Deepika meets a new patient Nikhil Sardesai, and they become friends. He helps her regain her confidence. Later, Deepika is declared the new ER chief. Deepika decides to give them a chance for her relationship and balance her work and personal life. Vikrant eventually quits his medical career after a patient is pronounced dead due to his negligence.
