This season revolves around Paridhi and Rajbeer Bundela. It depicts the love, passion, and obsession that breaks the barriers between them and the afterlife. Paridhi has endless and indefinite love for her husband, Rajbeer Bundela. She also has the responsibility of protecting him from Manjulika, his ex-lover, who has become an evil spirit after her death. Manjulika aims to haunt him and Paridhi. She used Paridhi to get close to Rajbir. It results in the release of Saudamini, Manjulika’s mother, who was trapped by the Bundela family. Hence Arhaan, a genie, helps Paridhi to recover from it.

The man she sees is Angad's best friend, Kapil. When every time problems surround her, Kapil saves her each time. Sandhya marries Kapil because and reveals that Kapil is an evil spirit who had been plotting revenge for two years. Later, she realizes the truth about him and falls for Angad and marries him, thus breaking her marriage with Kapil. However, Kapil uses Angad to murder Ashutosh. Kapil wishes to impregnate Sandhya so that she can carry his child in her womb. With help from Lord Shiva, Angad reveals the truth to Sandhya. She then decides to protect him from Kapil and ties a rudraksha around his neck.

She finds Kapil's past where he was a just man living with his wife Sakshi and son. She also knows that Shakshi is her abandoned twin sister, Usha and Vinayak's lost daughter. Ashutosh, murders Kapil and his family, is Manoj in the future. Bhairavi and Jolly, he and Sakshi turned into vengeful spirits to take revenge on those who spoiled their life. She convinces Kapil and Sakshi to stop the killings, and then Kapil's spirit is forced to leave Earth with the help of Shivji's priests. Before leaving, Kapil had succeeded in his wish of impregnating Sandhya. Thus she becomes pregnant. When she realized that it was Kapil’s child, she decides to keep the baby with Angad and their family’s support. Soon she gives birth to a baby boy and names him Prem. Although Sakshi blames that Sandhya is the reason for her abandonment and kidnaps Prem. They show a seven years lap. Now Angad and Sandhya have a daughter, Aastha. On the other hand, Sandhya desperately searches for Prem. He lives in Kapil's house like an animal, unknown to the behavior of humans. Soon she finds him and brings him home.

The family members deny him due to his wild conduct. Due to Prem, disputes arrive between Sandhya and Angad as he starts feeling that she favors Prem beyond their daughter, Aastha. Sakshi becomes jealous when Prem attaches to Sandhya. She takes charge of Sandhya's body. However, with Rekha's help, Sandhya finds the truth behind Sakshi's death and asks Angad to help her. She also tells Sakshi that she can sacrifice her life and leave everything to Sakshi. It melts Sakshi’s heart and finally leaves giving, Prem safely to Sandhya. After that, Bhao, an evil entity, continuously haunts Prem. Since he is a child born through the union of a human and a spirit, he has more special powers. Thus, Sandhya as a mother becomes a kavach (shield) for Prem protecting him from evil.
