Parveen Kaur is a Canadian actress of Indian origin, born on 17 October. She moved to Canada to fulfill her dream of becoming an actress.When she was just 19,she shifted to the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia with her parents. Parveen soon got an opportunity to work in commercials. She was cast in Tim Horton's holiday ad “Hi”; after which she became known in Canada as “The Girl”.
In 2013, she finally got her first break in the crime series ‘Played'; though she had a minor role in it and didn't get much appreciation. After that, many projects came into her hands. She appeared in several TV series such as The Strain, Saving Hope, Beyond Workin' Moms. In 2018, NBC's Manifest, a TV drama series offered her the role, in which she appeared as Sanvi and gained considerable recognition. Parveen has also appeared in several films such as Five Dollar, White Knight, Chameleon, Through Black Spruce.
