Doli Saja Ke is an Indian drama soap opera in Hindi language broadcasted under Sahara Once. The show started on May 27, 2007 and ends on November 13, 2009.

The story is about the girl who lives from the shadow of Manhoos. The connection of a father to her child normally goes beyond the borderline of love. But what if the father blames his innocent child because he lost her wife when she was giving birth?

Anupama Daksh Singhania (played by Barkha Bisht Senupta) is a young and pretty girl whose birth unluckily coincides with her mother’s (Kiran) death, that leads Vikramjeet Kapoor (played by Anuj Saxena and Akshay Anand) to blame the tragic incident to his newborn child. Anupama grew up with the shadow of being a Manhoos, influenced by her step-mother, Maya (played by Jaya Mathur). Her step-brother Veer loves Anupama and appreciates her truly. Riddhima (played by Karishma Randhawa), her step-sister treats Anupama less human. Vikramjeet’s servant, Badri Kaka also showed support for Anupama. However, Veer and Badri Kaka’s love for Anupama can never fill the divergence left by her mother’s death and the negligence of her father towards her.
