'Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara' - This serial has a story of Saanchi. Her age is thirty four. She has a family business of strawberries. She wants to take care of her siblings and her grandmothers. She doesn’t want to get married. She wants to stand for herself, wants to fight against the cruel world.
Saanchi struggles hard to develop her business. Dhruv enters the story. He’s also known as DV. His age is twenty seven. He’s very charming and lawyer by profession. He’s like the season of spring in Saanchi’s life. He came to Panchgani from Mumbai to enjoy the holiday. He stays in Saanchi’s neighbourhood. Saanchi doesn’t like Dhruv at the beginning. But they become friends after some time. Dhruv starts to love Saanchi. Saanchi’s sister Prachi gets married to Sunil who was her boyfriend. Misunderstanding happens and thus Saanchi loses her land to her cousin. She assumes that DV is responsible for this. She gets very angry and upset at him.
DV feels very disappointed and takes the decision to leave Panchgani. He wants to return Mumbai as soon as possible. Saanchi takes some time, thinks about it and feels guilty to suspect DV like this. She comes to learn about the truth and stops DV from leaving. (August 15, 2013 – May 8, 2014)
