Roopa Divetia is a Gujarati and Indian television actress. She gained popularity for her role in Ekta Kapoor’s serial ‘Kkusum’ which was aired on Sony from 2001 to 2005. Roopa is mainly seen in Gujarati stage plays. She is most fondly remembered for her role Jasma in ‘Jasma Odan’, which was a huge hit among Gujarati audience. She was a part of the first Indian television daily soap which aired on Doordarshan named “Huto-Huti No Ghar Sansar” where she played the character of Radha.

She has acted in many television serials like ‘Ghar Ek Mandir’, ‘Kohi Apna Sa’, ‘Shree’, ‘Teen Bahuraaniyaan’ and ‘Piya Basanti Re’. She has performed in a famous Gujarati movie ‘Dariya Choru’ which is a cult classic. Her recent plays have been – Bhalai No Jamano Nathi Bhaila, Baa Bapuji ni Twenty Twenty. She has acted in the documentary Shyamji Krishna Verma. She has worked in many television commercials too which include Nirma and Assam Gold Tea.
