Star Parivaar Award 2008 is considered to be the most awaited Award programme on Indian television. It’s the venue where an artist who works in different serials are a family member of Star. The sixth edition of Star Parivaar Awards in 2008 was also the resemblance of the same It’s theme was Television set Zindagi take which is actually true. Awards which being rewarded are as follows: Harshwardhan Wadhwa from Kumkum won Favourite Dada Award whereas, Baa from Baa Bahoo Aur Baby won Favourite Dadi/ Nani Award.

Bhumi from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi won Favourite Chhota Bachcha Award. Gattu from Baa Bahu Aur Baby who was favourite amongst Kid won Favourite Naya Sadasya Award where as Favourite Beta Award won by Karan from KyunKi Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Sneha from Kasauti Zindagi Ki inspired a lot of young girls, and she won Favourite Beti Award. Prerna from Kasauti Zindagi Ki who showed how an ideal mum should be and won Favourite Maa Award Fathers are so important in our life portrayed by Tilak from Bhabhi won Favourite Pita award. The strict character amongst all Sasurji who controls admin of home acts as a trunk of a family tree which was perfectly portrayed by Mihir from KyunKi Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi who won Favourite Sasur Award. Pati and Patni are not just lovebirds or couples but also who looks over family well-being so Favourite Pati Award won by Sumeet from Kumkum followed by Favourite Patni to Kumkum from Kumkum. Every story has it’s tragedy especially in couples Relationship means ‘Saut’ who destroys the whole family so Favourite Saut Award won by Pammi from Kavyanjali. At last favourite pair who must live long forever, life is Favourite Jodi won by Kavya and Anjali from Kavyanjali.
