P.chelladurai

P.chelladurai is an Indian cinematographer who has done several Malayalam and Tamil movies. He was born in Sangarankovil in Tamil Nadu on 7^th June 1967. He started his journey in the Tamil movie industry as a cinematographer with the movie ‘Nagaram Marupakkam,’ which was released on 19^th November 2010, directed by Sundar C, starring Anuya Bhagvath Anuya Bhagvath, one of the well-known actresses fr >> Read More... and Vadivelu in the lead roles. This film brought him to the limelight, and he signed many films like Ambasamuthiram Ambani, Onbadhule Guru (2013), Guru Sukkran (2015), Poyi Maranju Parayathe (2016), and Thiruttu Payale 2 (2017).

Before he made his debut as a cinematographer, he worked as an assistant cinematographer in many movies like Nayak: The Real Hero (2001), The Legend of Bhagat Singh Bio coming soon... >> Read More... Film-making was always his passion and had his unique style to visualize things but working with leading directors in Kollywood like Shankar, Sundar C & KV Anand on various projects helped him more to embrace his skills and to gain a better understanding of the cinematic language.
