Plot
Annapoorani is brought up in a middle-class orthodox family. Her father, Rangarajan, cooks food in the temple as a service to god after rejecting all his highly paid jobs. Annapoorani loves to become a chef, not as her father, but at a corporate level. India’s famous cook, Anand Sundarrajan, is her role model, and she wants to follow his path as a chef. Her father is against her wishes, as she has to cook non-vegetarian food if she becomes a chef. But Annapoorani leaves the house to learn her passion and fulfill her dream. Did she achieve success in her attempt? The rest of the film deals with this question.
Star Performance
Before speaking about Nayanthara, we have to speak about the performances of Sachu and Achyuth. They both excelled well and proved their experience. Sachu’s dialogue delivery and her expressions were so wonderful. Nayanthara is neat in her role. Her humble behavior with her father and majestic, confident look outside the house proved her mettle.

Yet, it has given a good impact. The director has answered many questions, including why women are less in number than men in the cooking business. Though Sachu’s dialogues are very few, they are strong and speak about the society and tradition we have followed for years. Jai has no significant role except for motivating Nayan. However, his presence is neat. The music, visuals, and editing are pretty decent.
