Plot
Sunny is in love with Ananya. But Ananya tells him that they were not in a relationship, actually. She also informs that her marriage is fixed to Vikram. Sunny is completely shattered. Soon, his friend, Bantu, introduces Tulsi as Vikram’s girlfriend. Both of them join hands to stop Ananya and Vikram’s wedding. Did they stop?
Star Performance
Varun Dhawan fits well in the role. His comedy worked out well. Janhvi Kapoor did her part well, performing emotional and comedy scenes well. Sanya and Rohit did what was required of them.
Analysis
The film didn’t have a special story; it featured the same middle-class and upper-class elements. Yet, the director makes it interesting with some exciting elements. The comedy scenes worked to an extent. Those imitating scenes of two Bollywood stars are quite interesting. A few characters are forcedly inserted, and some characters are not developed well. The first half has a decent pace, and the second half is a bit slow. Some of the scenes needed tight editing.
