Marijke Desouza

Marijike Desouza is an Indian film producer, who has made various hit Hindi movies. In 2002, she worked as an assistant production designer in the movie Sur: The Melody of Life. The movie revolves around an art teacher, who envied his student attains more fame than him. The movie was directed by Tanuja Chandra and written by Vibha Singh. Actor Lucky Singh played the role of the teacher Vikramaditya Singh, and Simone Singh played the role of Divya. Achint Kaur, Divya Dutta, and Ehsan Khan were also in the cast.

In 2013, she worked as an executive producer in the marvelous film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The movie was written and directed by Ayan Mukherjee. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were in the lead roles. Aditya Roy Kapoor, Kalki Koechlin, and Kunal Roy Kapoor were also in major roles. Madhuri Dixit made a cameo appearance in the movie for the song Ghagra. Karan Johar and Hiroo Johar were the producers of the film and it released under the banner of the Dharma Production Company. In 2014 she worked as a supervising producer in the film 2 States. The movie was directed by Abhisekh Verman. The story of the film was written by Chetan Bhagat. Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were in the lead roles.
