Plot

Sir Sankaran Nair, a loyal British lawyer who finds something fishy in the British’s statement on this brutal attack, starts questioning them. With the help of Dilreet Kaur, he is ready to face the British in the court, who have Neville McKinley as their representative. The rest of the arguments and verdict are dealt with in the rest of the film.
Star Performance
Akshay Kumar excelled well in the role of Sir Sankaran Nair. Maddy is menacing in his role as McKinley. His salt-and-pepper look is good.

has put in enough effort to compete with Akshay and Maddy and proves that she is a competent actor. Her mature performance adds depth to the character. Regina is okay in her role.
Analysis
The film didn’t take much time to establish the characters. However, the first half is a bit lengthy. The lead characters are finely penned, and we are impressed to see Maddy, Akshay, and Ananya in the lead roles, performing so naturally. Kudos to the casting team for picking the right set of actors. The courtroom scenes are excellent and create Goosebumps for the people who love patriotic movies. The dialogue is fine, especially in the courtroom scenes. The first half is good, yet some tight editing would’ve made the film crisper. The director has made enough efforts to explain the happenings. The climax portion showcases Akshay’s versatility. His monologue will definitely garner the appreciation of the audience. Maddy’s look and dialogue make one curse the role, and his screen presence is one of the major pluses.

Kesari Chapter 2 brings us the wonderful performances of the leads. For the mind-blowing performances and patriotism, it is definitely watchable once!
