Plot
Salma is unmarried, and her family depends on her income. However, her mother wants her to get married. Finally, she meets Sikander, a good-hearted man. Sikander knows that Salma mayn’t match his wavelength. However, Salma falls for him gradually. Meanwhile, Salma gets an opportunity to visit London for two months for her work. The rest of the story follows her perspective on life.
Star Performance
Huma Qureshi did her best as Salma, showcasing the character’s inner wishes and the dutiful daughter. Shreyas did a wonderful job. He mixed comedy and compassion well, and excelled in his role. Sunny Singh played the role of Meet well. Navni Singh and Nidhi Parihar have done their roles quite decently.
Analysis
The film speaks about an unmarried girl carrying her entire family on her shoulders. The characters are well-written, and a perfect cast makes it more beautiful. However, the plot is predictable. Yet, it managed to make us feel warm. Although the film has a good run throughout, it is slightly preachy towards the end. The music is just okay. The visuals are decent.
