Plot
After a few terrorist attacks by Pakistan in India, including the Parliament attack, Ajay Sanyal, the IB Chief, plans a mission to destroy the enemies. His aim is to destroy the underworld of the enemy country. To execute the risky operation, he recruits a person, Hamza Ali Mazari. Who is Hamza, actually? Will he execute the work that Ajay designated to him?
Star Performance
Ranveer Singh’s performance is astounding. His body language and dialogue delivery style are good. Akshaye Khanna supports Ranveer well with his performance. These stars stole the show with their excellent performances. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Rakesh Bedi, Sanjay Dutt, and Sara Arjun make us feel their presence.
Analysis
The story is good, and the execution is pretty decent. The screenplay moves at a brisk pace without derailing from the theme. The best part of this film is the casting. All the stars fit well in the role and performed with ease. The gang war scenes are shot well. The reality of the underworld is shown pretty well. The director should be appreciated for maintaining the pace throughout. Yet, the runtime should’ve been minimized. It is the biggest flaw in the film. A song in the second half should’ve been cut. The visuals are impressive, and the BGM is scintillating. The editing should’ve been better.

Verdict
Dhurandhar holds the qualities of a perfect spy action thriller. If the length of the film had been trimmed, it would’ve been better. Yet, it is a worthy watch for the performances and execution!
