Plot
Jogi Pratap is a matchmaker well known for his 'jugaad.' He thinks that his tactics are immune to failure until he meets Dimple Chaubey.
A wayward woman with her ambitions, Dimple convinces Jogi to ruin her marriage with a simpleton. Everything goes as per the plan until the couple is compelled to 'marry each other.' Will the two get out of this mess, or is something else cooking between the two?
Star Performances
While this movie is centered around the struggles of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, it is surprisingly Neha Sharma who steals the show and manages to make the film watchable.
Despite his limitations, Mahaakshay Chakraborty is one of the few good things about this movie. Rohit Chaudhary and Sanjay Mishra have done justice to their roles.
Analysis
'Jogira Sa Ra Ra' is a dramedy that does not know where to start and where to end. The subject of this movie is not novel, yet the makers had a chance to do something unique with the unconventional pair of Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma.
Sadly, both the director and Nawazuddin failed to impress. Since the past few years, Nawazuddin has either lost the touch of connecting well with the audience or has grown so complacent that he thinks that he can do anything in the name of acting, and the audience shall lap it up.
We are not making this up. Since post-pandemic, most of the films in which Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been either the lead or playing a crucial side character have seen Nawazuddin far less than his potential, as shown in films like '

' to name a few. 'Jogira Sa Ra Ra' is another film that shows him playing a simple character rather underwhelmingly. At a time when his counterparts are trying something new with each project, Nawazuddin has reversed his trajectory.
Nothing much was expected from the supporting cast either. But Neha Sharma and some of the supporting actors, especially Sanjay Mishra, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, Zarina Wahab, etc. amazed us with their performances. If only Nawazuddin had not been so complacent. The writing of this movie is also stale, giving us no great moment to remember.

'Jogira Sa Ra Ra' is one of those rare films where the protagonist himself lets the film down. It could have been another slice-of-life film like 'Bareilly ki Barfi' but for Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Watch it at your own expense. Â
