Plot
At the start of the story, we see Xavier, a college student. He is a college lout. He used to have a fun and adventure with his friends and no one dare to say anything in front of him because his personality is more like bossy and argumentative. But he also helps his friends in college and can do anything for them. Then we learn that Xavier fails in four consecutive attempts of exam and that day he has a presentation in the college today for which he is already late. Xavier grabs a piece of bread from his friend and runs for college as he was running late. When he starts his presentation in front of the professor, something strange happens to him and he runs out of the room in fear. Then we see a girl named Rishika, a friend of Xavier’s and a medical student in that college. As Rishika come across the news about Xavier, she comes running to him and then he falls unconscious near Rishika. In the next scene, as we hear a conversation between Rishika and her friend, we get to know that Rishika has put some drugs in Brad’s Toast that Xavier had this morning. Rishika secretly supplies drugs to people. Then. she gives an injection to Xavier to make him feel normal. For a while, students remain busy with political issues of the college. Then we see, the junior batch have come to the college whom seniors are having fun with. One of the juniors, denies to obey them and fights back with the seniors due to which there is a massive crash between them. Who is this guy? The rest of the movie revolves around the random college issues along with a lot of drama.

The cast of Danga is amazing with their booming performances. Specially Harshwardhan Rane’s and Ehan Bhat’s performance elevated the movie. The cinematography by

is very smooth and youthful. The dialogue is average and the direction could have been better.
Analysis
The movie “Danga” does not have any story, it wanted to depict the seniors versus juniors’ college story but doesn’t have much to serve on that. The writers of POR let loose a rush of affairs on the screen. It makes difficult to comprehend as the agendas keep building up one after another, and by the time one starts to understand the main plot, it becomes inconsequential. That adds up the first and the second half, the focus transfers to the fundamental story while all of the other concerns discussed earlier get rejected. Additionally, the storyline lacks creativity and innovation, feeling deviated from the main story. The movie plays safe rather taking chance in something new and touching the untouched areas of film industry, which makes the viewers experience dull and boring.
