Sheetal Menon is a model and actress of Indian origin. She is basically from Kerala. Her career started as a model with the agency led by Atul Kasbekar. She joined Anupam Kher’s course, “Actor Prepares” while she was in the final year of college. She made her debut in the film Bhram-An Illusion in the year 2008 directed by Pawan Kaul. She played the role of an actress struggling in the industry in the movie, which also starred Dino Morea, Milind Soman and Simone sing. The movie is based on the life of a struggling actress who falls in love with an entrepreneur. Her films are released in both Indian and Chinese dialects. She was also seen in The Desire, which was released in 2011.

In 2010, she was seen in the role of Radha of the blockbuster My Name Is Khan. In 2011, she acted in the movie Shaitan, where, she played the role of Nandini. She was seen as Devyani in ' Julayi', which was a hit flick. The beautiful actress got married to the ‘ Wazir’ director on December 27, 2015. Bejoy Nambiar, the director of the movie Wazir, and Sheetal Menon were in a relationship for a long time. Apparently, they met each other while shooting for Raahu, and worked together in Shaitan too, where he realised that he had fallen in love with her. Ever since, they have been together and now, they are happily married. However, he was also married to Juhi Babbar, Sheetal being his second love. The model is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and is also seen in many dance videos and music albums.

Shilpi Marwaha

Shilpi Marwaha is a theatre and film actress. She is an expert in the field of street play. After finishing her graduation in Kamla Nehru College, Delhi University, she took part in various street plays. At the same time, she joined under eminent theatre director Arvind Gaur. Arvind Gaur is the director of Asmita Theatre group. She has been an active member of Asmita Theatre group for the past seven years. She made her debut in Bollywood through Raanjhanaa, which had Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor as its lead. She played the role of Rashmi, sister of Abhay Deol. The movie was directed by Anand. L. Rai, who identified her talent through her street plays. Currently, she is working in a Malayalam movie, Bhoomiyude Avakashikal directed by T.V.Chandran. She is playing a role of Gujarat-riot victim. Throughout her career, she has given more importance to street plays. She believes that through street plays, you get a chance to interact with people and create awareness. She has been a part of 500+ street plays and has done a variety of roles. Shilpi has gone through a lot of difficulties. She lost her mother when she was 8 and was brought up by her father. She lost her mother in a Government Hospital because there were no doctors to attend her. This incident affected her hugely. Most of her street plays are based on a medical emergency situation. She never took part in street plays during her school days. She started taking part in it only after joining the college. Her talent was identified by her mentor Arvind Gaur. She has taken part in 35+ major street plays with Asmita Theatre group. Most of their street plays are based on social issues like corruption, atrocities, women rights and women violence, gender issues, domestic worker, a street vendor, Drugs, female foeticide and child education. Shilpi recently started acting in solo plays. Her first solo play was a “Woman Alone”, which was directed by Arvind Gaur. She is now an important part of the theatre group, not only acting in the plays but also coordinating theatre workshops.  She went on to be a part of more than 35 street plays with the Asmita Theatre Group, each play based on the  pressing social issues of corruption, gender inequality, child labour, domestic violence, drugs, female foeticide, etc., She has also been an active member of the women’s safety movement, anti-corruption movement and raise voice for domestic workers etc., After being a major part of  plays like Bertolt Brecht’s Ramkali: The Good Person of Szechwan, popular writer Mahesh Dattani’s Final Solutions and 30 days in September, Dario Fo’s adaptation ‘Operation Three Star’, Govind Purushottam Deshpande’s Raastey, 'Mahesh Bhatt’s 'The Last Salute' '(written by Rajesh Kumar) and many more, Shilpi Marwaha graced the world of Bollywood with her portrayal of the character of Rashmi in the movie 'Raanjhanaa', released in 2013, where she acted alongside popular actors like Abhay Deol, Dhanush, Sonam Kapoor, etc., She made her entry into the cine field with the Malayalam movie Bhoomiyude Avakashikal(2012), directed by T.V.Chandran.
