Plot
Cars 3, directed by Brian Fee revolve the plot scripted by Bob Peterson, Kiel Murray, and Mike Rich. The film opens with all the blissful cheer and glamour of Lightning McQueen who is about to cross the finish line being in the first place. Analysis
The movie is much more than its popular dialogue which goes, “The racing world is changing.” While we all need to go with the flow and adapt ourselves the changing times around us, Lightning McQueen is also pitted against the challenge to renew and reinvent himself. The movie is a constant reminder of the fact that while the old need to reform, the new ought to value and regard the old.
While the movie offers a social criticism for American trends in relation to technology. It is paradoxical how this animation is a gentle reminder and nostalgia of analogical age. While Lightning goes through everything high-tech, he recalls fondly the advice of his old friend and mentor, Doc Hudson. Presiding over his teachings, McQueen encourages his new coach, Cruz Ramirez to train along with him.
