Why Are People Humane Only In Times Of Crisis? Asks Actor-Director Myskin

Director cum actor Myskin is busy shooting for Savarakathi where he plays the villain.  The film is directed by GR Adhithya, his assistant. In an interview to a leading Tamil film website, he opens up.  He feels that acting is not difficult for a director, for every director is himself a performer.  Ram is the hero in Savarakathy and plays the role of a barber. Myskin feels that both Vetrimaaran and Ram have expressive faces and know what they are doing.  He plans to direct his next film at the beginning of February.
Many actresses had refused to play the heroine in the film.  Myskin clarifies, saying that the heroine is a pregnant woman with two kids and is hearing impaired.  The role is intense and yet she has to be innocent and child-like.  This was why they had refused to do the role.  Poorna had done a brilliant job in this role and Myskin said he was happy to work with her.

Myskin’s next film is not going to be a horror film; it is to be a psychological thriller about the never ending good vs. evil.  The film explores how evil comes into the mind; whether it gets there by chance or if it is our karma or fate.  Mysskin asks why some people are always do-gooders.  He wants to explore why people from all walks of life came out to help each other when others were running for survival during the recent Chennai floods.
He also wants to question why people show their humane qualities only in times of crisis, but never on a daily basis.
