New Addition In Petta!

Superstar “Rajinikanth” has been busy working in his 165th film, “Petta,” which is written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj of “Jigarthanda,” “Pizza” and “Iraivi” fame. The film is produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures banner. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer and Thirunavukkarasu cranks the camera. The film also has the star cast of “Simran,” Vijay Sethupathi, “M Sasikumar,” Trisha Krishnan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, Sananth Reddy, Malavika Mohanan, Guru Somasundaram, Deepak Paramesh and Muniskanth “Ramdoss.” The latest to join Petta star cast is the legendary director “J Mahendran.” It is to be noted that Mahendran had directed Rajini in a few films and Rajini had said that Mahendran is his favorite director. At present, the shooting has been going at a quick pace in Varanasi. The recent second look poster surprised the audiences and a couple of leaked pictures of Superstar with Trisha and Sasikumar had hyped up the expectations.
