Although Arivazhagan did not confirm the news, there was talk that Manju Warrier would do a role in the movie. In a development, since the movie centers the heroine, Arivazhagan approached Nayanthara for main role in the movie. Nayanthara seems to have liked the movie story. Also, the producer gave consent and forwarded the required salary to Nayanthara. It is to be noted the movie happens to be a psychological thriller. The movie is to be produced by SP Cinemas. In a development, an advance of Rs 1 crore has been forwarded to Nayanthara.
