When they completed the final cuts and made a DVD of the film and applied for the certificate to the censor board, the office time got over. So, the Censor Certificate would be given tomorrow at 10 Am, a day before the release of Mersal. Mersal has the music composition of “A R Rahman.” The film is produced by Thenandal Films.
