When the government announced the base ticket price should not exceed Rs. 160 for the A/C Theaters, many theaters are selling tickets at very high prices. As per the latest report, Mersal tickets are sold at high price in some theaters in Madurai. Here is the list:

Devi Kalaivani – Rs. 600

Saraswati – Rs. 600

Tamil Jaya – Rs. 550

These first-day first show tickets help the film to create records. Although the tickets are high, Vijay fans, who want to see the first day show would definitely get the tickets.
