Mani Ratnam’s Next Is A Trilingual?

Mani Ratnam, the maverick director, announced his next film, last year with the star cast. A minor change in the star cast is, Arun Vijay has been replaced for Fahadh Faasil. Arun Vijay, who had been noted for his performances from Yennai Arindhaal has been given a good opportunity to play in Mani Ratnam starrer. The movie is titled as Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. The film is supposed to be a trilingual, which will be made in Tamil and Telugu and dubbed in Hindi. The film features Jyothika Saravanan, Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swamy, “Silambarasan,” Aishwarya Rajesh, Aditi Rao Hydari, “Jayasudha,” Prakash Raj and Mansoor Ali Khan. The script is penned by Mani Ratnam and Siva Ananth. “A R Rahman” composes the music. Dhilip Subbarayan is the action choreographer and Santosh Sivan is the cinematographer. Sreekar Prasad is the editor for Chekka Chivantha Vaanam. Lyca Productions’ Subaskaran Allirajah co-produces the film along with Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies.
