Thalaivan Thalaivii To Stream On This OTT Platform

Following a successful outing at the box office, Thalaivan Thalaivii is all set to release on the OTT.

Written and directed by Pandiraj, the romantic comedy starred Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menen in the lead roles. According to the recent reports, the movie is all set to stream on the Amazon Prime Video platform around the end  of August.

Despite mixed reviews, the movie managed to earn more than 75 crores worldwide. The movie also turned out to be a major relief for Vijay Sethupathi, who had suffered back to back setbacks with ventures like Viduthalai Part 2 and Ace. While Viduthalai didn’t flop at the box office, it wasn’t a huge success either.

Vijay is now working on an action thriller titled Train, which co-stars Shruthi Haasan in a prominent role. The movie is directed by actor cum director Mysskin. On the other hand, Nithya Menen is awaiting the much-awaited directorial by Dhanush, titled Idly Kadai. The actress is reuniting with Dhanush after the 2023 movie Thiruchitrambalam, for which she received a National Award for Best Actress last year.
