The makers of ‘Indian 2’ are up and ready!
Joining the bandwagon of re releases, the makers of ‘Indian 2’ have decided to re release the original installment first. According to the latest reports, ‘Indian’ will be re releasing in Tamil and Telugu by 7 June.

The movie was a blockbuster, and was sent to the Academy Awards as India’s official entry for the Best Foreign Language Film, though it didn’t get nominated. Now after almost three decades, S Shankar is back with its sequel ‘Indian 2’, where Kamal Haasan will reprise his role.
Originally announced in 2018, the film has faced multiple delays, including the COVID 19 pandemic. The film was scheduled to be released in 2023, but has been continuously postponed since. It will now be releasing on 12 July 2024.
