, had lady superstar “Nayanthara” in the lead role. She played the district collector and attracted the audiences widely. The movie received a massive reception from the audiences and the critics. The latest rumors state that Gopi Nainar will be directing the sequel to the film with Samantha Akkineni. Some of the rumor mills stated that Samantha would be joining Gopi Nainar in a fresh script and not “Aramm 2.”
Now the director cleared the rumors and said that he has been in talks with Samantha for a film, but it is definitely not the sequel to Aramm. However it is a women-centric film, added Gopi. He stated that if he makes Aramm 2, the lead role will be played only by Nayanthara and he will not rope anyone else said Gopi Nainar. As Nayanthara has been busy with her current schedules, Aramm 2 will not happen in the near future.
