We, M/S Arka Mediaworks Entertainment LLP state that upon discussion held with various parties and upon the interests of various third parties being gravely affected and out of the Goodwill we have in the market, we hereby agree to issue a no objection certificate for release of the movie Sindhubaadh starring Vijay Sethupathi and directed by SU Arun Kumar S.
