A Presidential award, from a perspective in direct terms, means the awards handed over to someone through the nation's president. These awards can be of any type, like having a national film award for some particular position concerning the film industry. They can even be a Rashtrapati award given to individuals from a different domain (sports, film/theater, academics, discoveries, etc.) to perform their level best in it. 1. Amitabh Bachchan

Amitabh Bachchan, one of the top legends of the Bollywood film industry, has received many awards from the president, including a trophy for being the best actor in the Indian film industry.
