Bhaskar Sundaresan

Bhaskar Sundaresan is a Tamil serial actor, singer, music composer, cum keyboard exponent. He is from Gobichettipalayam. Bhaskar completed his schooling at City Municipal High School, Coimbatore. He went to the Government Arts College, Coimbatore, and completed his graduation in 1973. To pursue his career, Bhaskar shifted his base to Chennai in 1980. He also sings covers for the movie and devotional songs and posts them on his social media pages.

In 1985, Bhaskar composed music and crooned songs for the lyrics penned by Kovai Anuradha. The songs were about sugarcane and paddy cultivation, and the music show was telecast on DD Podhigai. Bhaskar had also composed music for Thirukkural and sang the verses.

Bhaskar also played one of the prominent roles in Kovai Anuradha’s costly Maapillai. Bhaskar established his light music orchestra, Bhaskar Sundaresan Light Music, in 1987. Bhaskar and his team perform in various public events, including weddings. He runs a YouTube channel, Bhaasan.
