Few years back if you happened to see a beautiful girl driving an auto in the roads of chennai, it would have been Susan driving auto for her serial Thendral. She did the role of an auto driver.

This daring young woman both on screen an off screen was born on 28th July 1987 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerela. She was brought up in bangalore and while she was in her third year of college, they shifted to Chennai.

That’s when Vijay TV was looking for anchors and she entered TV as a VJ. Since she felt that her parents wouldn’t like her VJing, she never informed them. But later her mother saw her anchoring a program on TV and was agitated and Susan managed to convince her and now her mother is her greatest support.

Her debut serial was Thendral as auto driver. She got the role because the person who had to do that role withdrew from the serial. One should agree that she lived that character. She is such a committed actress that she learnt driving auto and also the slang the drivers use. She jokingly says, even if she doesn’t get any role in TV serials, she can have her earning by driving auto. Later she did many serials Uyirin niram oodha, Thiyagam, Thendral and presently doing office and Saravanan Meenatchi. Seeing her villainous performance in the serials she got the role of Sudha Baskar, a negative role in the movie Mynaa, which brought her fame. It’s one of her dream role where she is a hard hearted dominating woman who has no compassion towards anyone. She mentioned in one of her interview’s that Ramya krishnan’s role in the movie Padayappa is the inspiration for her. From then on she has appeared in small roles in nearly 7 movies. Her aim is to get the name of “best Villain” .

Apart from serials like many other artists she participated in a cookery show called “kitchen super star”. About her family her father is Mr. George and Mother Hannah and one of her brother’s Samuel is a script writer and her she got married to Balakumar in 2013.
