V. Ramadoss is a part-time producer who has produced several films in the Tamil film industry. V. Ramadoss received his degree in MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College in 1978. He would go on to specialize in orthopaedics and he received his postgraduate diploma in that specialization from Madras Medical College-University in 1984. In 1987, he founded the Dr. V Ramadoss Group of Companies of which he is the director to date. Being passionate about filmmaking, he founded Dr. V Ramadoss Productions, a subsidiary of his company, to produce films in 2011. He has produced movies like ‘Pon Maalai Ponzhutu’ and more.
