Steeve Vatz

Srivatsan, better known by his stage name, Steeve Vatz, was a guitar virtuoso, electric bassist, tutor, music composer, and music producer. He was born on February 18, 1980, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. He was married to Helen Jessica, and they have three children. He has always been interested in music and started playing bass guitar at the age of 11. He was a guitarist who could play any genre, such as blues, rock, metal, jazz, funk, guitalele, fusion, cinematic, etc. He was the only Indian guitarist who could play arrhythmic chromatic scatting on the guitar.

Steeve opened a music school named Steeve Vatz Guitar Training in Chennai, where he would train kids in music. Unfortunately, Steeve Vatz passed away in March 2023 due to a terminal illness.
