Divya Chandrasekar is a famous news anchor working in the Tamil TV industry. She was born and brought up in Chennai. She is popular for her news anchoring on Kalaignar TV. After years, she quit Kalaignar TV and joined Makkal TV as a news anchor in 2019. Besides anchoring, she has also performed in a stage play, Let’s Take A Selfie. Divya is also a voice artist. She is married to Chandrasekar Elumalai, an Optometrist, and has a daughter, Mokshi.
Divya is a course coordinator at TSVS News Reading Training Academy. She has also judged shows like Kural Pesu Vaagai Soodu on Puthuyugam TV.
