. His grandfather, “Shri Jayaram V. Acharya,” was a commendable music composer and had composed music for over five decades and was a recipient of the Dada Saheb Phalke award in 2003. His father “Shri Shashi J. Acharya” worked as a Sitarist for over three decades and had provided astounding music to numerous movies in Tollywood. Karthik was born on 2nd January 1985.
Karthik initially belonged to Chennai and was a part of a band called Vin-Tage, which working preponderantly in the Southern Film Industry. He made his debut with the song Paena Munai Dhan in the movie
