As a producer, Riya started her career by producing Tamil film Thugs and the Hindi film Mumbaikar in 2023.
Riya Shibu is the daughter of acclaimed film producer Shibu Thameens.
Riya made her acting debut in 2024 with the Malayalam film Cup.
She starred in the 2025 movie Sarvam Maya, where she won praise for her acting.
