A South Indian actress, Vishnupriya is also a dancer and model. She was born on February 22, 1987, in Bahrain. She completed her schooling from The Indian School, Bahrain. She completed her BBA degree from The Birla Institute of Technology International Centre. She has been a beautiful dancer and has been trained in Bharatanatyam for several years. She had been an all-rounder winning many competitions. ‘Vodafone Thakadimi’ was a dance reality show airing on Asianet. Vishnupriya participated in it which gave a good start to her career.
Her debut film was Speed Track in 2007 which she complemented the main leads. Her first movie as the main lead was Keralotsavam in 2009. But she entered limelight with the film, Penpattanam. Her flawless performance in this film was outstanding. The doors opened in the Tamil Industry for her with the film Naanga. She also performed for the AMMA show in 2013 making it a hit.
