Siju Prabhakaran

Siju Prabhakaran is an Indian Business Head and Chief Cluster Officer of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. He finished his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya before going on to achieve his Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from the University of Calicut with a specialization in Mechanical studies. Despite his technological background, Siju Prabhakaran chose to pursue his Master’s Degree in Business administration with a specialization in Marketing at Savitribai Phule Pune University.

For a brief period after graduating, Siju Prabhakaran worked in frontline sales at Vedanta Inc. In October 2000, Siju Prabhakaran joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited and began a long climb to the top position that would last more than twenty years. In 2015, Siju Prabhakaran’s many years of hard work and dedication finally paid off when he received the opportunity to replace N S Easwaran as the business head of Zee Tamil.

By 2021, he climbed even further and was promoted to the position of Chief Cluster Officer (South) of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. As a testament of commitment to his new role, Siju Prabhakaran decided to do a Professional Certificate course in Organizational Leadership to give his best to his new company. He completed this course from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2023.
