Amrutha is a Malayalam Television serial artist who is now popular in serials. She has acted in many albums and advertisements before entering into Malayalam serial industry. Her first serial in which she played a center character was “Autograph”. “Autograph” was directed by Sujith Sundar Sudheesh Shankar is an Indian Film Actor, Director >> Read More... and script written by Anil Bas. It features the story of 5 teenagers whose are popularly known as “Five fingers”. It completed around 500 episodes in Asianet.  Five fingers not only excel in their studies but they are trouble makers in school and hostel. In between the serial, they get accused in the name of “Rosy’s” death. Rosy is another girl who is in their same hostel and this role is played by Amrutha.

Another serial which made her popular was “vadhu” which started telecasting in Surya TV.  It is the story of a girl getting married and the problems coming in her way from her husband’s family. The television soap was aired from March 2014 onwards and it is still being telecasted in the channel. 

Along with Vadhu, she is doing another serial “Pattusaree which is still telecasted in Mazhavil Manorama. “Pattusaree” is the story of a successful businesswoman who is living separated from her husband. She lives along with her 2 son’s, one among them is mentally retarded. The serial gets carried off when she rejoins with her husband again and she realized who her real daughter is.
