"T Krishnanunni is a 59-year-old Sound designer who was born on 12th of June 1960 at Ottapalam, Kerala. He was a Physics graduate from St. Joseph’s College, Kozhikode. He then joined the Film and Television Industry of India at Pune for a Sound engineering and sound designing course. He initially worked at Space Application Centre at Ahmedabad as a Sound recordist. He then joined the Chitranjali Studio at Trivandrum which was under the Kerala State Film Development Corporation for a period of 28 years.
He has done the sound design for films such as Kuttysrank, Bhoomiyute Avakasikal, Swapanam, Oralpokkam He has also directed several documentaries for the Archaeology Department of Kerala Government and has authored a book called ‘Sound in Moving Pictures.’ He has been awarded the Kerala State Film Award for Best Sound Recordist for over nine movies and has also been honored with National Film Award for Best Audiography for three films namely, Ananta ram, Piravi and Desadanam. "
