Anarkali Marikar was born on February 8, 1997. She is an Indian cinema actress who primarily features in Malayalam films. She made her cinematic debut in 2016 with Aanandam. Nias Marikar and Laila P. M. are her parents. Her father is a photographer, while her mother is a housewife. Lakshmi Marikar, her elder sister, was a child actress in the Malayalam film "No.1 Snehatheeram Bangalore North." Anarkali graduated from Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram with a degree in mass communication. Her sister's friend, cinematographer Anand C. Chandran, recommended her in Aanandam.
Her second film, Vimaanam (2017), was directed by debutante Pradeep Nair and starred Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role. She was cast in the central part of Amala as Amala, directed by debutante Nishad Ebrahim.
