Michael Saju is a Chennai, Tamil Nadu-based chef who has worked as an executive chef for IGC, hotels & resorts, IHG hotels & resorts, and Radisson Blu. He is working with Dhafra Beach Hotel as their executive chef. He holds a bachelor's degree in hotel management from Bangalore University from 1997 to 2000. Central areas like menu development, menu designs, cuisine recipes, and Banquets are some in which he holds expertise.
Platforms like NDTV Food have published his recipes of Tuscan Brick Chicken and Aloo Shakarkandi ki Chaat. He has served as one of the judges in a culinary competition organized at the Gateway Hotel known as ''Ruchi Koottu'' initiated by Rotary clubs. He is well known in the industry for properly following the protocols and ensuring that the staff is well trained.
