Alex Pothen Mavelikara is a Technical Director working at Doordarshan Kendra, Thiruvananthapuram, also known as Doordarshan News. Alex possesses a Btech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from College of Engineering Thiruvananthapuram and a diploma from Government Polytechnic in Electronics Engineering. He has also pursued graduation from S.B. College, Changanacherry, Kerala, India. While in the Industry Alex has worked in many famous companies such as All India Radio as a Broadcast Engineer from 1989-2005 and as a Technical Director at Doordarshan News.
