Sreeya Iyer is an Anchor, Actress, and Fitness coach, working primarily in the Malayalam Television Industry. She was born and brought up in Trivandrum and studied at All Saints College. She secured the title of Miss Trivandrum Physique three years in a row. Her workouts and fitness routines gained immense traction on the internet.

In 2022, she appeared on the Flowers Tv reality show Orukodi, hosted by broadcasting veteran Sreekantan Nair. Iyer is an active speaker against gender stereotypes and works to raise awareness about women in the fitness field in Kerala. She has been vocal about promoting cultural fitness and health among the youth. She is also a fitness trainer and a licensed Zumba instructor. She has also acted in the 2021 Kannan Thamarakulam film Udumbu.
